The Masala Principle:
The belief that through enlightened knowledge and elevated understanding your current resources can be coordinated in such a way that those same resources can continually produce improved production, outcomes and results without significant changes to the operating environment or your resources.
FOUR LAWS OF THE IMMUTABLE CS
To understand the universal need that each of us has for performance improvement, you must first understand the Four Laws of the Immutable Cs which drive human behavior and ultimately affect our performances.
The immutable law associated with change, is that Change is Continuous. The frequency and the magnitude of the change within all aspects of our lives impacts our performances.
The immutable law associated with competition, is that Competition is Constant and unavoidable. The inescapable presence of competition necessitates the need for performance improvement.
The immutable law associated with culture, is that Culture is Contagious. Every group, every team, every organization and even every family that has been in existence for any significant period of time has an established and distinct culture.
The law associated with communication is that Communication is the catalyst for human Change. More specifically, communication is the catalyst for performance improvement.
