Cedrick Richie is a seasoned author, trainer, and educational consultant who began his
career in 2007. He has served as a teacher, principal, and coach in football, basketball,
and track. Cedrick is dedicated to advocating for at-risk students and children with
disabilities. He led a flexible learning program for at-risk students, achieving an average
graduation rate of 98%.

Cedrick specializes in strategies to improve communication and develop companies overall
effectiveness. He specializes in using creative measures to engage audiences and develop
emotional intelligence.
As a devoted father and mentor, Cedrick is an advocate for fathers, and male emotional health. He volunteers with organizations like the Special Olympics, advocating for children with special needs. He is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Inc., 2024 Benedict College Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee, and the CEO of Beyond the Books Inc., a consulting firm providing data-driven solutions for educational institutions and businesses.
