Before embarking on her entrepreneurial path, Lauren served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. National Guard for four years. Her time in the military instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking, which she applies to every facet of her work—from coaching and training to business operations.
